Booking Terms
By making a booking with us, you (the lead guest) and your booking group (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions, as set out. During your stay, you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a reservation.
Booking process
To make a reservation with us, the main guest must be at least 18 years old. The maximum number of guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. When the person making the reservation is different from the main guest who assumes occupancy, the person making the reservation may be held liable for cancellation, non-arrival and damage as set out within. Only the main guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors only have access with our express permission.
Payments can be made online using a debit/credit card. Any charges raised against us by our banks for handling dishonored checks, bank transfers or any other payments, must be refunded by the lead guest within seven (7) days of any request to do so.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other guests, neighbors and owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing disturbance / inconvenience to other guests, neighbors or the owners.
Check-in and Check-out
Guests must check in and check out by the times indicated below.
Check-in: between 15:00 and 20:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Cancellation and Non-Arrival Conditions
Guests who need to cancel a reservation should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid will only be refunded under the following conditions;
Cancellation made up to 30 days before check-in = Cancellation free of charge
Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in = No refund
It is suggested that booking guests take out the appropriate holiday/annulment insurance where necessary.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
WiFi Usage Policy
When WiFi internet access is provided, guests agree to use this internet access fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests.
Damage and Loss of Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damage caused in the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spills, stains, damage to furniture or fittings. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost keys / access cards will incur a replacement fee per lost key / card.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left by guests during a stay will be retained for a period of 1 month. Although we make our best efforts to reunite lost property with its owners, we accept no responsibility for replacing lost property and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. We can offer to send lost items by recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.
Smokers
Any tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, electronic cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, chewing tobacco, are only allowed in the outdoor areas of the accommodation.
Our right to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.
